Shannon is a real go-getter and will ensure your transaction goes smoothly. We handed her a challenging situation due to me not living locally and the transaction required additional tasks due to the status of the home. However, Shannon was able to respond quickly to each request, following-up on behalf of the seller, as well as going above and beyond to close the sale. We could not be more grateful for her care, time, and expertise. It's always a risk finding a great realtor when you are no longer local to the area, however Shannon came highly recommended, and we are now certain we know why.
